🛋️ Note on returning furniture items

At LiliLoom, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, larger furniture items such as sofas, tables, or cabinets may be subject to special regulations, which we will explain transparently here:

📦 Returning bulky products

• Returning bulky or heavy items (e.g., sofas, dining tables, large shelving units) is generally possible, but it is at the buyer's own expense.
• Return costs can amount to several hundred euros, depending on the product and distance.
• Returns of such items are only possible after prior written agreement with our customer service.
• Please note: Returns may be excluded for damaged, used, or custom-made furniture.

ℹ️ What you should consider before purchasing:

• Please carefully check the dimensions, colors, and materials of the product before ordering.
• We are happy to answer your questions about fit, color, or details in advance – just send us a message!
• If an item arrives damaged, we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs.

We want to avoid unnecessary transportation or disposal of products. In many cases, we find a sustainable and satisfactory solution together with our customers – for example, through partial refunds, exchanges, or individual offers.
